How to find your size
1
Know your starting size or measurements
Use a well-fitting garment's label, or measure bust/chest, waist and hips.
2
Read across the chart
Find your size's row — every column in that row is the same size in another system.
3
When in doubt, size up
Between sizes or between brands, the larger size is usually the safer buy.

Are these charts exact?
They're the common industry standard, but brands vary — treat them as the best starting point, not a guarantee.
